Energy performance certificate
Since 2009, the energy performance certificate has been mandatory for all buildings in Germany. It contains data on the energy efficiency and the energy costs incurred for a property and must be presented when renting / selling.
Money Laundering Act
Section 261 of the Criminal Code stipulates:
(5) Anyone who in the cases of paragraph 1 or 2 carelessly fails to recognize that the object originates from an illegal act shall be punished with imprisonment for up to two years or a fine.

Who am I? I love karate, I write books, I also speak English and Spanish and I started working in real estate in Spain 20 years ago. I completed the IHK certificate course as a real estate agent (IHK) and worked for a larger real estate agent before I became self-employed. Continuous market observations and ongoing training are a matter of course for me.

The industry has fallen into disrepute from many sides: money laundering, price usury, unfair business practices ... in this area, which is often difficult to understand, I make sure that the sales process is fair, open and legally impeccable.
